David Hockley
Co founder and joint Managing Director of MCS, David has worked in the residential property industry since 1983. Firstly within the Estate Agency Business and since 1987 he has dedicated his career to residential property management. He has a very hands on approach in the day to day running of MCS and with its client base. Specializing in new build properties David works closely with developer house builders when they are looking at new schemes. Out side work David enjoys his family life and enjoys a round of golf when time allows. |

Jill Runcieman
Co Founder and joint Managing Director of MCS, Jill has worked in the residential property management industry since 1989, and therefore has extensive knowledge of the business. Jill is married with two daughters who have families of their own, so Jill’s interest is with her family and grandchildren, but also enjoys holidays, good food and socialising. |

Tony Burr
With many years experience in the accounting and taxation worlds, both professional and industrial, Tony has worked for MCS for four years and deals with the accounting and tax compliance work associated with the residential management companies. Outside work, Tony is married with two daughters and has been involved with Hertford Rugby Football Club for too many years to remember. |

Roy Ballam
Roy joined MCS as a Property Manager at the beginning of 2005 and has successfully looked after some of our largest developments. In 2008 Roy was appointed as General Manager of MCS’s property management section. Further Roy is NEBOSH qualified and assists with all matters relating to Health & Safety. Roy is married and has 5 children, therefore most of his time outside of work is spent with his family. |
