Most residential leasehold property (apartments/flats) is now managed by means of a residents owned Management Company or Residents Association. MCS manage the common affairs for and on behalf of the directors of these Management Companies and resident Associations, from the preparation of service charge demands, budgeting through to ensuring services are provided on developments.

MCS is your partner to ensuring your Management Company or Residents Association performs all of its statutory obligations together with ensuring your development is kept in a way that residents want to see it and others admire.

Jill Runcieman and David Hockley formed MCS during the later part of 2003. Today MCS manages a comprehensive portfolio of property throughout London and the Home Counties. The vast majority (nearly 85%) of new business to MCS comes by way of personal recommendation, either from existing clients or where clients have recommended MCS to friends, family or work colleagues. Further MCS also manages property on behalf of some of the UK's top blue chip plc developers, including Barratt Homes, Bellway Homes, David Wilson Homes and the countries largest privately owned house builder Gladedale Homes whose banners include, Furlong Homes, Manor Kingdom and Gladedale Home Counties.

MCS is located in purpose built office space in the village of Stanstead Abbotts, Hertfordshire. Minutes from the A10, M11 and M25, MCS’s location is such that within one hours drive we can reach most of London and the Home Counties.
